Cancellation Policy

Drop-in visits for new clients require an Initial Pre-Visit Evaluation: Before the first visit, we require a short pre-visit evaluation at the client’s home. This allows the sitter to: -Meet the dog in their own environment and ensure they are comfortable with strangers -Learn the location of food, leash, toys, medications, and other supplies -Review any special instructions for care or routines This pre-visit has a separate fee and is non-refundable, even if you decide not to continue services. Scheduling: Drop-in visits are by appointment only and should be booked at least 24–48 hours in advance. Visits are confirmed once you receive a sitter confirmation. Visit Details: Each visit lasts 30 minutes and includes feeding, fresh water, bathroom breaks, playtime, and companionship. Extra services like medication administration or extended play are available for an additional fee. Health & Safety: Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illness. Please let us know about any medical or behavioral concerns so we can provide safe, personalized care. Behavior: Pets should be well-behaved and non-aggressive. Visits may be stopped if a pet’s behavior creates a safety risk. Owners are responsible for any property damage caused by their pet. Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to the visit price. Emergencies: In a medical or safety emergency, we will contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, we may seek veterinary care at your expense to ensure your pet’s safety. Liability: While we provide attentive care, visits involve inherent risks. We are not liable for illness, injury, or accidents except in cases of gross negligence.
