Refund Policy
Off-Leashed Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: November 2025
At Off-Leashed, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality dog walking and pet care services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all pricing plans, including Pay-as-You-Go, Package Plans, and Memberships.
1. Pay-as-You-Go Services

Clients may cancel a scheduled service up to 24 hours in advance without a fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Refunds for completed services are not available, except in cases where Off-Leashed cancels the service.
2. Package Plans

Package purchases are non-refundable.

Packages must be used within 90 days of purchase.

No-shows or short-notice cancellations still count as a “used” adventure.

Packages are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by Off-Leashed.
3. Membership Plans ($75/month)

Initial 3-Month Term:

Membership is billed monthly for the first 3 months.

If a member cancels during the initial term, any services already used will be billed at the standard, non-member rate.

The member will then be reimbursed for the difference between the membership fee and the standard service cost.

After Initial 3-Month Term:
-
Members may cancel at any time with 7 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Refunds are not provided for partial months after cancellation notice.

4. Modifications Due to Weather, Safety, or Dog Behavior

Outdoor services may be modified, shortened, or canceled due to extreme weather, unsafe conditions, or dog behavior concerns.

Clients will be notified as soon as possible.

Refunds are not provided for modified services if reasonable care and alternative arrangements are offered and declined by client.
5. Requesting Refunds or Cancellations

All cancellations, membership cancellations, or refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone text

Refunds will be issued only when expressly allowed under this policy and will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Requests will be reviewed promptly, with resolutions communicated within 7 business days.

Refund Policy - the basics
