Cancellation Policy

Boarding is only for existing clients/members and by reservation only. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during holidays. Reservations are confirmed only after a completed intake form and payment deposit. We reserve the right to decline bookings if we cannot safely accommodate a dog due to size, temperament, or special needs. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Drop-off by 7pm and pick-up times after 10am must be scheduled in advance. Late drop-offs or early pick-ups are subject to additional fees of ($15/hour). Please pack your pups' food/treat, medications, and any comfort items (blanket, favorite toy).
